Cheesy Eggplants

Cheesy eggplants are quick and delicious snacks. You can make them on the grill or fry on the pan.


  • eggplant 2 pcs.
  • cheese Parmesan or Cheddar, grated 5 tbsp.
  • garlic, minced 3 cloves
  • mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt, black pepper, spices, to taste

Step 1
Cut the eggplants into the rings or along. Fry with vegetable oil on both sides about 2-3 minutes or bake on the grill.

Mix grated cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, black pepper. Put the mixture on the top of each eggplant. Optionally, garnish with greens. Enjoy your meal!!!
