Boil a knuckle. Place in a large saucepan, cover with water. Add bay leaf, garlic, tomato, bell pepper, onion, carrot and spices ( a mixture of peppers, ginger, salt, saffron, cardamom), 0.3 cups of beer. Cook about 1.5 hours.
Then put in a preheated oven knuckle at 360°F (180°C). Pour with broth every 10 minutes and bake in the oven about 40 minutes. Make a sauce for pouring. Mix honey, 0.5 cups of beer and a little bit broth from cooked knuckle. Serve with sauce. Enjoy your meal!!!
