Sift flour into a bowl. Add baking soda and salt. Pour in kefir. Mix thoroughly. Roll dough out on a floured surface to 1/3 inch (1 cm) thickness. Add the topping from grated cheese and chopped greens. Pinch the flatbread with wet hands. Continue to make until ends dough or stuffing.

Fry on both sides until brown.
