Beet Salad with Cheddar Cheese

Beet salad is a delicious salad for every day or holidays.

Ingredients

  • beet, boiled & peeled 2 pcs.
  • cheese Cheddar, grated 5 tbsp.
  • hard-boiled egg 1 pcs.
  • scallion, optional 3 tbsp.
  • garlic, minced 2 cloves
  • mayonnaise 4 tbsp.

Directions

  1. Boil beet until fork-tender about 45 minutes. Let it cool. Then peel and grate it. Mix peeled and grated beet, minced garlic, grated cheese Cheddar, mayonnaise. Optionally, sprinkle with scallion. Serve with halves of the hard-boiled egg. Enjoy your meal!!!
