Salmon with Mustard & Honey

Delicious salmon fillet baked with honey and mustard.


  • salmon fillets (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • mustard or Dijon mustard 12 tbsp.
  • honey or maple syrup 12 tbsp.
  • lemon juice 1 tsp.
  • garlic, minced 2 cloves
  • olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200 C). Mix thoroughly mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey or maple syrup. Add salt and black pepper, to taste. Marinate the salmon fillets in this mixture about 10-15 minutes. Place the salmon fillet into the lightly oiled baking form and cover with the foil. Bake about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!!!
