Cod Fillet in White Wine

Cod fillet in the oven cooked very quickly and easily, and the fish turn out delicious.


  • cod fillet 2 pcs.
  • parsley 2 tbsp.
  • garlic, minced 2 cloves
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil 12 tbsp.
  • white wine 12 cup
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place cod fillet on the sheet of aluminum foil on a work surface. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Pour with white wine and lemon juice. Close foil and place on a baking sheet.

Bake about 30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Optionally served with Teriyaki sauce. Enjoy your meal!!!
