Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place cod fillet on the sheet of aluminum foil on a work surface. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Pour with white wine and lemon juice. Close foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake about 30 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Optionally served with Teriyaki sauce. Enjoy your meal!!!
