Chicken Pasta Soup with Carrot and Celery

Chicken pasta soup is quick and easy homemade soup.


  • chicken fillet 1 pcs.
  • carrot, grated or chopped 1 pcs.
  • onion, finely chopped 12 pcs.
  • pasta or noodles (100-120 gram) 4 oz.
  • potatoes, peeled & chopped 3 pcs.
  • bay leaves 2 pcs.
  • celery, dill or parsley, optional
  • salt, spices, black pepper, to taste


  1. Place chopped chicken fillet in a saucepan, cover with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Skim foam. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Add peeled and chopped potatoes, chopped celery, bay leaves.
  3. Fry over medium heat grated or chopped carrot and chopped onion, stirring, for 2-3 minutes and add into the saucepan.
  4. Add pasta and boil about 5-7 minutes until soft potatoes and cooked pasta. Season with salt, spices, black pepper. Turn off the heat, add the chopped greens and let stand, covered about 5 minutes. Enjoy your meal!!!
