Meatloaf with Spinach & Salami

Easy-to-prepare meatloaf stuffed with spinach, cheese, salami!!!


  • ground turkey or ground beef (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • egg 1 pcs.
  • cheese 8 slices
  • salami or ham 8 slices
  • spinach (50 gram) 2 oz.
  • ketchup, optional 2 tbsp.
  • spices, salt, to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, egg, salt and spices.

On foil, pat mixture to a rectangle. Gently press into meat. Top with cheese, ham, spinach. Optional, add a hard-boiled egg. Starting at short end, roll up tightly, using foil to start the roll and tucking in spinach leaves; seal ends.

Place into the baking dish.

Bake 1 hour. Optionally, spread ketchup over the top. Bake 15 minutes longer or until thermometer inserted in meatloaf reads 160°F (70°C).

Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy your meal!!!
