Summer Healthy Salad

Quick and easy light salad for summer picnics and barbecues.


  • cucumber, chopped 1 pcs.
  • yellow bell pepper, chopped 1 pcs.
  • tomato, chopped 3 pcs
  • olives 7 pcs.
  • parsley, chopped 1 tbsp.
  • dill, chopped 1 tbsp.
  • extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste


  1. Chop tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, cucumber and olives. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. Add chopped parsley and dill. Drizzle the salad with olive oil. Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!!!
