Rinse thoroughly and then chop mushrooms. Fry mushrooms about 5-10 minutes over medium heat with vegetable oil.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, salt and spices. On foil, pat mixture to a rectangle.
Add slices of ham or sausages.
Place over the top fried mushrooms.
Add slices of cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
Starting at short end, roll up tightly, using foil to start the roll and tucking in parsley leaves; seal ends.
Place into the baking dish. Bake 1 hour. Optionally, spread ketchup over the top. Bake 15 minutes longer or until thermometer inserted in meatloaf reads 160°F (70°C). Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy your meal!!!
