Arugula Salad with Parmesan & Walnuts

Amazingly easy and amazingly healthy arugula salad with Parmesan!!!

Ingredients

  • arugula 4 cups
  • cherry tomatoes, halved 12 cup
  • walnut 14 cup
  • Parmesan cheese, grated 14 cup
  • extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp.
  • salt and spices, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine arugula, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, and Parmesan cheese. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. Drizzle over the arugula salad, and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir lightly. Enjoy your meal!!!
