Cottage Cheese Pancakes or Syrniki for Breakfast

Fluffy cottage cheese pancakes for breakfast served with fruit or berries, jam, maple syrup, honey.

Combine well cottage cheese, flour, sugar, egg. Season with salt, to taste. Mix well.

Preheat a frying pan to a medium heat and then add butter. Place spoonfuls of batter on a hot pan, creating medium pancakes. Brown completely on the both sides.

Serve with butter, syrup, fruits or jam. Enjoy your meal!!!
