Protein Omelet to Gain Weight

Protein omelet with green beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, peas, and eggs.


  • eggs or egg white 4 pcs.
  • tomato 1 pcs.
  • peas 3 tbsp.
  • green beans
  • mushrooms, chopped 3 pcs.
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp.


  1. Heat the skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped mushrooms, green beans, peas, tomatoes. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs. Add to the skillet. Allow eggs to cook and set for about 3-5 minutes. Enjoy your meal!!!
