Tuna Salad

Quick and healthy tuna salad for summer.


  • lettuce 1 bunch
  • tomato, chopped 2 pcs.
  • cucumber, chopped 12 pcs.
  • cheese Parmesan, grated 3 tbsp.
  • canned tuna 1 can
  • onion, chopped 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Rinse and chop lettuce leaves and put into a salad bowl. Add tuna, grated cheese Parmesan, chopped tomato, cucumber, onion. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste. Mix it. Enjoy your meal!!!
