Fluffy Kefir Pancakes

Kefir pancakes are quick and easy cooked breakfast. Quick and easy breakfast for adult and kids.


  • kefir 1 cup
  • egg 1 pcs.
  • sugar 3 tbsp.
  • salt, to taste
  • baking soda 14 tsp.
  • all-purpose flour 1 cup
  • butter or oil, to fry 2 tbsp.

Mix all ingredients. Leave it to rest for 5-7 minutes.

Heat the skillet with oil over medium high heat. Place a tablespoon of batter on the skillet leaving some space between pancakes. Fry on both sides until golden.

Serve warm with jam, sour cream, fruits, maple syrup or honey. Enjoy your meal!!!
