Wash, peel and chop potatoes.
Put chopped meat into a saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil about 15-20 minutes. Thoroughly rinse rice. Add rice, potatoes, bay leaf, salt, spices into the saucepan. Cook until soft potato.
Peel and chop carrot and onion.
Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat chopped carrot and onion, stirring, for 1 minute and then add tomato sauce.
Add fried vegetables and chopped greens into the saucepan. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!!!
