Turkey Meatballs

So healthy and yummy turkey meatballs with parsley and garlic.


  • ground turkey (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • garlic, minced 3 pcs.
  • parsley, chopped 14 cup
  • onion, finely chopped 14 pcs.
  • beaten egg 1 pcs.
  • dry breadcrumbs, soaked 3-5 minutes in water 12 cup
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all the ingredients and shape into medium meatballs.
