Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies

Quick oatmeal cookies for breakfast.


  • oats 2 cups
  • egg 2 pcs.
  • sugar 1 cup
  • salt, to taste 12 tsp.
  • butter, softened 3 tbsp.
  • kefir or yogurt 1 cup
  • cinnamon, to taste 1 tsp.
  • apple, peeled and chopped 3 pcs.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Whisk oats, eggs, sugar, salt, butter, kefir or yogurt in a blender. If necessary, add oats for thickness. Then add cinnamon and chopped apples. Mix well.

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the cookie sheet. Bake about 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
