Simmer sauerkraut, beer, sugar uncovered in a medium pot for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add hot dogs and cook covered about 5-8 minutes. Lightly toast the hot dog buns in the oven or transfer the buns to grill for 2-3 minutes.
Put hot dog and sauerkraut mix in a bun. Drizzle with beer syrup. Serve hot with mustard. Enjoy your meal!!!
