Rinse meat and then boil in a saucepan about 30 minutes. Remove meat, cool and then cut into the medium chunks. Put chopped meat, chopped potatoes, washed and drained rice into the saucepan.
Fry over medium heat chopped onion with oil about 3-5 minutes until brown stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, cilantro, crushed garlic, sugar, salt, khmeli-suneli and other spices. Fry a couple of minutes stirring occasionally.
Add fried vegetables into the saucepan. Mix well. Boil the soup until soft potatoes. Serve hot garnished with greens. Enjoy your meal!!!
