Upside-Down Peach Cake

Simple recipe of upside-down fruit cake.


  • canned peach, enough to cover pie 15 slices
  • sugar 1 cup
  • eggs 4 pcs.
  • flour 1 cup

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F (170°C). Whisk well about 5-7 minutes eggs and sugar in a large bowl.

Add flour gradually. Mix thoroughly.

Optionally sprinkle with sugar baking form. Dry well peach slices. Add them on the bottom of baking dish.

Then cover with dough.
