Heat a pan, pour vegetable oil or add butter. Fry over medium heat grated carrot and chopped onion, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
Wash chicken livers and then add to the pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until liver is fork tender 20-25 minutes.
Spoon into blender container or food processor. Blend or process until smooth. Serve with bread or crackers. Enjoy your meal!!!
