Mix minced beef, cooked rice, egg, chopped onion, salt, spices in a bowl.
Shape a small piece of the mixture into a ball and fry in an oiled pan about 5-10 minutes until cooked.
Mix in a bowl tomato sauce, sour cream, a little salt. Optionally add a couple of tablespoons of water to this mixture to cover the meatballs. Pour the meatballs and simmer, covered, until cooked through about 15-20 minutes.
Optionally sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy your meal!!!
