Fill a large saucepan with water enough to cover crab. Bring to boil and add salt, bay leaves, garlic, parsley and other spices to taste. Add crabs. Make sure the crabs are all covered in water. Boil them until the shells turn red, for approximately 20 minutes after boiling. Once the crabs are ready, carefully extract them with long tongs and set them aside to cool. Enjoy your meal!!!
