Spread lavash with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Grate the hard-boiled eggs on a fine grater and then spread evenly over the lavash. Sprinkle with parsley. Grate the cucumber on a large grater and then spread over the flatbread.
Lay the pieces of salted or smoked fish. Tightly collapse the lavash. Be careful, do not tear the flatbread. Roll the lavash roll with fish into the food film and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
