Sour Cream Cabbage with Ground Beef

Easy cabbage stew with ground beef and sour cream for dinner.


  • ground beef (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • onion, finely chopped 1 pcs.
  • carrot, grated 1 pcs.
  • cabbage, chopped 1 head
  • sour cream 12 cup
  • tomato sauce 2 tbsp.
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • vegetable or olive oil 2 tbsp.


  1. Fry ground beef, chopped onion, grated carrot with oil about 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally. Add cabbage, sour cream, tomato sauce. Season with salt and spices to taste. Mix well and cover with a lid. Cook about 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!!!
