Parmesan Meatballs

Tender and delicious Italian meatballs with Parmesan. Serve with pasta and your favorite sauce. 


  • milk 14 cup
  • white breadcrumbs 12 cup
  • minced beef (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • egg, lightly beaten 1 pcs.
  • garlic, finely chopped 3 cloves
  • Parmesan cheese, grated 12 cup
  • onion, finely chopped 1 pcs.
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • oregano, to taste 12 tbsp.
  • olive oil

Step 1
Tip the breadcrumbs into a bowl, pour on just enough milk to cover and set aside to soak for 3-5 minutes. Squeeze the breadcrumbs to remove excess milk. Mix all together minced beef, egg, garlic, cheese Parmesan, onion, white breadcrumbs. Season with oregano, salt, black pepper. Mix well, using your hands.

Roll this mixture into medium even-sized balls. In a large frying pan heat oil, add meatballs and fry until the balls begin to brown.
