Buckwheat Omelette

Easy buckwheat omelet recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner.


  • bacon 1 slice
  • cooked buckwheat porridge 2 tbsp.
  • onion, finely chopped 12 pcs.
  • egg 2 pcs.
  • milk 1 tbsp.
  • salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste


  1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add chopped bacon, cooked buckwheat, finely chopped onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl and add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until eggs cooked for 4-5 minutes. Enjoy your meal!!!
