Bring water to boil. Add wontons and cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove wontons to a bowl.
Meanwhile, heat sesame oil, garlic, ginger in a large pot over medium heat. Cook, frequently stirring about 1 minute. Add broth, mushrooms, carrots. Bring to a boil and cook for 5-10 minutes, until mushrooms cooked.
Add white pieces of bok choy and shrimp and stir in. Add rice noodles, green onions, green pieces of bok choy, boiled wontons and cook another 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!!!
