Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add sliced mushrooms, chopped chicken breast, finely chopped onion. Cook about 15-20 minutes until mushrooms and chicken are cooked stirring occasionally. Season with salt and spices to taste. Add sour cream and stir about 2-3 minutes.
Then spoon this mixture onto a pancakes or flatbread. Fry the pancakes on both sides until brown. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy your meal!!!
