Chicken & Mushroom Pancakes

Easy pancakes stuffed with mushrooms, chicken, pancakes or flatbread. Serve hot or cold.


  • olive oil or vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
  • mushroom,chopped or sliced 5 pcs.
  • chicken breast 1 pcs.
  • onion, peeled and chopped 1 pcs.
  • salt and spices, to taste
  • pancakes or flatbread 5 pcs.
  • sour cream 2 tbsp.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add sliced mushrooms, chopped chicken breast, finely chopped onion. Cook about 15-20 minutes until mushrooms and chicken are cooked stirring occasionally. Season with salt and spices to taste. Add sour cream and stir about 2-3 minutes.

Then spoon this mixture onto a pancakes or flatbread. Fry the pancakes on both sides until brown. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy your meal!!!
