Arugula Salad with Tuna & Tomatoes

Fresh salad with Parmesan, tuna, tomatoes, eggs and arugula.


  • arugula 3 cups
  • canned tuna 1 can
  • tomato 1 pcs.
  • cheese Parmesan 3 tbsp.
  • hard-boiled eggs 2 pcs.
  • Dijon mustard, to taste 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice, to taste 2 tsp.
  • extra-virgin olive oil, to taste 3 tsp.
  • balsamic vinegar, to taste 1 tsp.
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Around the plate add arugula and canned tuna.

Then add sliced tomato, cheese Parmesan. Garnish with halves of hard-boiled eggs. Whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh ground pepper and a pinch of salt. Drizzle dressing over the top. Enjoy your meal!!!
