Wash, peel and cut potatoes. Finely chop onions. Wash mushrooms and dry them. Cut into slices.
Heat the frying pan with olive oil and then add mushrooms. Fry for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove fried mushrooms into a bowl.
Add into the pan 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Heat and then add potatoes. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. After 5-7 minutes add chopped onion. Fry over the medium heat without a lid until soft potatoes, stirring occasionally.
Add fried mushrooms. Fry a couple of minutes. Serve hot as a main dish or side dish. Enjoy your meal!!!
