Tuna Egg Omelette for Breakfast

Quick and easy tuna egg omelet for breakfast.


  • eggs, lightly beaten 2 pcs.
  • canned tuna 12 can
  • butter or extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • salt and spices, to taste


  1. Whisk the eggs in small bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Heat the butter in a skillet, pour in egg mixture. Don't stir! Let the eggs cook for 1-2 minutes or until the bottom starts to set. Top the omelet with canned tuna. Fold the omelet in half. Serve hot. Optionally sprinkle with chopped scallions. Enjoy your meal!!!
