Pumpkin Banana Pancakes

Pumpkin banana pancakes for breakfast. Serve warm with honey or sour cream. 

Ingredients

  • pumpkin puree 1 cup
  • banana, mashed 3 pcs.
  • eggs 3 pcs.
  • all-purpose flour 1 cup
  • baking powder 1 tsp.
  • sugar, to taste 2 tbsp.
  • salt, to taste 12 tsp.

Directions

  1. Whisk together pumpkin puree, mashed banana, eggs, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, salt until smooth. Thoroughly mix on density as sour cream. Leave to stand 5-10 minutes. Heat a skillet over medium heat with butter or coconut oil. Cook the pancakes on both sides for about 2 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with honey or sour cream. Enjoy your meal!!!
