Potato Pancakes

Quick potato pancakes for breakfast. Serve with sour cream or bacon.


  • potato, peeled 2 pcs.
  • onion 1 pcs.
  • all-purpose flour 2 tbsp.
  • egg, beaten 1 pcs.
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Grate peeled potatoes and onion on the star grater or blend in a blender.

Add eggs, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper. Mix well.

Heat oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Fry, turning once, about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
