Cabbage Ground Beef Skillet

Cabbage ground beef skillet for dinner. Serve with sausages or mashed potatoes. Optionally cooked with meat or mushrooms, raisins, prunes, tomato paste, beans or other vegetables. In any case, it will be delicious.


  • ground beef (250 gram) 12 lb.
  • onion, finely chopped 1 pcs.
  • cabbage, shredded 12 head
  • carrot, grated 1 pcs.
  • tomato sauce 3 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
  • spices, salt and pepper


  1. Fry ground beef and finely chopped onion in a large skillet with vegetable oil. Cook until beef is no longer pink and onion is soft, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add shredded cabbage, grated carrot, tomato sauce. Season with spices, salt, black pepper to taste. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until cabbage is cooked, stirring occasionally. Add a little bit water if necessary. Enjoy your meal!!!
