Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Rinse the turkey legs and pat dry. Separate the skin from the poultry legs. Do not damage the skin. Cut the garlic and then combine with chopped parsley and melted butter. Add salt and spices, to taste. Mix well.
Prepared butter accurately rubs under the skin of the turkey legs so as not to damage the skin. Rub the legs with the mixture and under the skin. Lay the legs in a roasting pan. Add potatoes, carrot, Brussels sprouts and the rosemary to the pan. Add water if needed while roasting.
Roast uncovered for 1,5-2 hours until the legs are golden brown and the internal temperature of meat is 180 degrees F (82 degrees C). Serve roasted turkey legs with roasted vegetables. Enjoy your meal!!!
