Tomato Cucumber Salad with Olives

Healthy tomato cucumber salad with olives. Ready in minutes salad for brunch, lunch or light supper. 


  • tomato, chopped 2 pcs.
  • cucumber, chopped or sliced 1 pcs.
  • onion, halved and thinly sliced 12 pcs.
  • olive, halved 14 cup
  • extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Combine chopped tomatoes, cucumber, onion and olives. Drizzle the salad with olive oil. Season salad with salt and pepper and serve. Enjoy your meal!!!
