BBQ Meat with Buckwheat Porridge

Pan-fried buckwheat porridge with BBQ meat for dinner.


  • buckwheat 1 cup
  • water 12 liter
  • meat (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • BBQ sauce, to taste 3 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
  • salt, to taste


  1. Rinse buckwheat thoroughly. Dry in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then put into the boiling water. Add salt to taste. Boil on the low heat about 15-20 minutes. Stir constantly. Drain the cooked buckwheat.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir meat until brown for 15-20 minutes. Add BBQ sauce and boiled buckwheat. Stir constantly. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!!!
