Rinse and then dry chicken fillet. Cut into the slices. Repel the pieces of chicken fillet using tenderizer or knife (not sharp part). Season with salt, black pepper, and spices. Place into the baking dish drizzled with oil.
Cover with sliced tomatoes and yellow pepper. Add thinly sliced onion.
Spread all with mayonnaise. Cover with grated cheese.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Optionally serve with chopped scallions. Enjoy your meal!!!
