Creamy Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Easy, delicious and satisfying mac and cheese. Serve hot for breakfast, brunch or dinner.


  • pasta or macaroni (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • milk 1 cup
  • butter 3 tbsp.
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 12 cup
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Boil pasta according to the instructions on the package. Add salt, to taste.
  2. Mix well milk, butter, shredded cheese. Add this mixture to the saucepan. Mix well. Simmer 2 minutes or until lightly thickened, stirring constantly.
  3. Drain pasta in a colander and then add to the saucepan. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!!!
