Rinse the peas thoroughly and add to boiling water. Cook for 30-60 minutes depending on the quality of the peas. Add the duck washed and chopped into medium pieces to the peas. Fry over medium heat grated carrot and finely chopped onion with olive oil, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Peel and cut the potatoes into medium pieces. Add the fried onions and carrots, potatoes, celery, salt and spices to the pan. Boil until cooked potatoes. Optionally serve with chopped parsley or dill. Enjoy your meal!!!
