Layered Liver Cake

Layered liver cake or liver pie with chopped parsley, fried carrot and onion.


  • chicken liver (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • onion, finely chopped 2 pcs.
  • grated carrot 2 pcs.
  • mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
  • parsley, chopped 1 bunch
  • salt and spices, to taste

Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the chicken liver, dry and grind or chop using a blender. Combine with eggs, flour, salt, and spices. It should be like for pancakes.

Fry liver pancakes on both sides until golden brown with vegetable oil.

Fry over medium heat grated carrot and finely chopped onion with olive oil, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool.

Combine finely chopped garlic, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, fried onion, and carrot. Mix well. Put the liver pancake on the dish, spread it with the prepared mixture. Add the liver pancake and the mixture again. Repeat until the end. Garnish the top of liver cake with fried carrot and chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!!!
