Fry over medium heat finely chopped onion with vegetable oil until golden. Let it cool. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Combine chopped chicken fillets, fried onion, chopped greens, mayonnaise, eggs, and all-purpose flour. Add salt, fresh ground pepper, spices to taste. All mix well.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Then add cutlets mixture.
Fry the cutlets on both sides covered with a lid until golden brown.
