Sautéed Cabbage with Cardamom and Turmeric

Sautéed cabbage with sour cream, cardamom and turmeric.


  • cabbage, shredded 12 head
  • olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • red bell pepper, chopped 1 pcs.
  • cardamom, to taste 1 tbsp.
  • turmeric, to taste 1 tbsp.
  • salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • sour cream or buttermilk 3 tbsp.
  • canned bean in tomato sauce 12 can

Step 1
Heat the pan, pour in oil. Add shredded cabbage, chopped red bell pepper. Season with salt, fresh ground pepper, cardamom and turmeric, to taste.

Add sour cream or buttermilk. Saute until soft cabbage about 15-20 minutes.
