Chicken Stew with Red Peppers

Easy chicken stew for dinner with red peppers, carrot, onion, and tomatoes.


  • skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces 2 pcs.
  • olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • garlic, minced 2 cloves
  • carrot, grated 1 pcs.
  • onion, finely chopped 1 pcs.
  • bell pepper, chopped 2 pcs.
  • tomato, chopped 2 pcs.
  • tomato sauce 2 tbsp.


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic, and chopped chicken. Saute 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Add grated carrot, chopped onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, tomato sauce. Simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Enjoy your meal!!!
