Blueberry Cottage Cheese Pie

Blueberry cottage cheese pie for a family meal and holidays.


  • dough (200 gram) 12 lb.
  • cottage cheese (450 gram) 1 lb.
  • eggs 4 pcs.
  • sour cream (200 gram) 12 lb.
  • sugar, to taste
  • all-purpose flour 1 tbsp.
  • starch 2 tsp.
  • blueberry or other berries 1 cup

Step 1
Knead the dough and then roll out the dough into 0.5 inches (1 cm) and then cover the baking dish. Make the topping. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, all-purpose flour, sugar, starch. Mix well and then аdd topping into the dough. Wrap up the pie a little bit.
