Rinse and then dry chicken fillet. Chop it and then place the chicken pieces in a bowl. Add chopped onion and mayonnaise. Season the chicken with spices, salt, pepper. Mix well. Place in fridge and let marinate for at least 1 hours before frying or grilling.
