Sausage Omelet with Pasta

Sausage omelet with leftover pasta for breakfast.


  • sausages, chopped 3 pcs.
  • onion, finely chopped 1 pcs.
  • vegetable or olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • cooked pasta 1 cup
  • egg 4 pcs.
  • milk 14 cup
  • parsley, chopped 2 tbsp.


  1. Fry over medium heat chopped sausages and finely chopped onion with vegetable oil, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Add cooked pasta. Mix thoroughly. Whisk milk with eggs. Add this mixture to a skillet. Top with chopped parsley. Cook until cooked about 5-7 minutes. Enjoy your meal!!!
