  • sour cream 12 tbsp.
  • sugar, to taste 12 tsp.
  • bluberries 1 tbsp.
  • honey, optionally


  1. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar. Mix well. Serve with blueberries. Optionally add honey. Enjoy your meal!!!
